We are seeking a passionate and talented Front Arena Prime developer to join us in the Markets department and the Front Arena Centre of Excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, customizing and supporting our cutting-edge Front Arena solution that drives our trading and risk management operations.
Contribute to the development of our Front Arena installation, interfaces, algorithms and tools
Capture requirements, plan, implement and test the solutions in an agile environment (SAFe)
Provide first-class Front User support (Trading, Mid-Office, Risk Office)
Work on complex problems, experiment with new ideas and continuously learn and improve
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structured products issuance, trading and life-cycling
- At least 2 years of experience as Front Arena developer in Python, AEL, ACM, ADFL (must have)
- Nice to have: Experience working directly with securities traders
- Preferably: .NET/C#, JSON, MS-SQL (trainings completed and certificates/exams)
- Communication skills and able to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
- Empathetic person with great customer service skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Strong analytical skills
