- Design, orchestrate, and optimize data pipelines to process trading, market, and asset data
- Work with diverse data sources and ensure a seamless data flow across systems
- Implement robust validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data accuracy and consistency
- Build and refine scalable analytics tools and data models that support pricing, structuring, and trading activities
- Assess and enhance the performance of ML models and analytics solutions
- Collaborate closely with structurers, traders, and analysts to improve data accessibility and drive innovation
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data transformation libraries
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI
- Familiarity with Git, ML libraries, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
